Warranty
At Wyevale, we understand that trees require proper aftercare to thrive. While many nurseries are cautious about offering guarantees on their stock, we take a different approach. We believe in the resilience of our trees with reasonable care. Recognising that planting hedges is a long term investment we provide a range of warranties.
Supply Warranty: we guarantee that the stock is structurally sound, has a good root system, is in good health, and true-to-type. Customers must inspect the stock upon arrival and notify us immediately of any concerns. Legitimate problems will be addressed in good faith, and replacements or refunds will be provided. This warranty is included in the price.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate watering arrangements are in place before and during planting to ensure the roots do not dry out, we highly recommend planting out within 24 hours of receiving to ensure the roots are in optimal condition.
We guarantee that the stock is structurally sound, has a good root system, is in good health, and true-to-type. As these are living products, where care is the sole factor for survival, we do not guarantee that the plant will survive.
Warranties do not cover Acts of God such as high winds, flooding, subzero temperatures below those normal for the British climatic zone (-5 Celsius), or damage caused by others, whether maliciously or accidentally. Please be aware that once the trees have left our nursery, we do not provide any warranty, expressed or implied, regarding growth or suitability for their ultimate location, we highly recommend planting in the suggested soil and climate.
Return policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the cost of returns are paid by the customer.
Cancellation during pre-order
In the seasonal months of pre-order we do not accept refunds or chargebacks on the basis of the customer not being satisfied with the delivery date, we clearly show the expected delivery date during pre-order seasons and allow delivery dates to be selected. If you want to amend or cancel the order please contact us and we can help to resolve the order where possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
