Viburnum davidii (David Viburnum)
A compact evergreen shrub prized for its striking, leathery dark green leaves with prominent veining that add year round texture to gardens. In late spring, it produces clusters of small white flowers followed by metallic blue berries on female plants when paired with a male pollinator. The berries persist into winter, providing valuable interest and food for birds. Thriving in partial shade and tolerant of most soil types, it forms neat, low mounds ideal for borders, woodland gardens or ground cover. A superb choice for adding structure, seasonal colour and wildlife value to smaller gardens or urban spaces.
